The role of ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú is one of leadership and service to schools, facilitating the work of school principals and staff, parents and parish priests in providing quality education to more than 18,000 students.
Board
Since incorporating in 2025, ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú (ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú) has been governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Archbishop Anthony Randazzo, Prefect, Dicastery for Legislative Texts and Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Broken Bay, the Sole Member of ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú Limited.
The Board of ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú brings together distinguished leaders from across education, finance, governance, and pastoral life to guide the strategic direction of Catholic education in the Diocese. Each Director is deeply committed to oversighting the delivery of our vision to provide an ‘authentic, Catholic professional education delivered with care and compassion’.
Chaired by the Very Rev Dr David Ranson, VG PP, the Board combines spiritual leadership with strategic, academic, and financial expertise, ensuring that the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉú achieves its mission, strategic goals and objectives.
